Arrival at the parking lot

When you arrive at the car park, ring the intercom and give your Onepark booking number. Park your vehicle in the spaces of your choice. Then go to reception with the Onepark confirmation email (which you can present on your mobile or in paper form).

Exit from the parking lot

To exit the car park, go to reception   with the Onepark confirmation email (which you can present from your mobile or in paper version).

In the event of an excess, you will be required to pay it directly to the hotel according to the price list displayed on site.
