The BLUE VALET Valet Service offers you direct access to Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport .
The parking lot is secure and accessible 7 days a week from 4:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Cancellation
- The booking can be cancelled until 24 hours before its beginning.
Access
Entry and exit from the car park
The day of your departure
15 minutes before your arrival at the airport, call your valet at the phone number you will receive, by SMS, one hour before the start time of your booking.
Your BLUE VALET valet in navy blue uniform will be waiting for you at the drop-off point in Terminal 1 or at your choice.
He will help you with your luggage, provide a trolley if you wish and will carry out an inventory of your vehicle before driving it to the car park lot.
The day of your return
After collecting your luggage, call your valet at the phone number you will receive via SMS.
BLUE VALET tracks the progress of your flight in real time to ensure the presence of your valet in the event of an early or late flight.
Your BLUE VALET valet will return your vehicle to the location where you dropped it off.
Good to know
- If you change your arrival or return dates and times , you will need to contact the valet number provided in your booking confirmation to check availability;
- Before confirming your booking, it is important to check the telephone number provided in your customer area to which you will be sent the valet number;
- When making your booking, we advise you to indicate, after the vehicle model, its color. The valet will recognize your vehicle more easily;
- Please leave your keys with the valet without a key ring or other accessory and place your insurance and registration card in the glove compartment;
- PLEASE NOTE: roof boxes are not accepted;
- In the event of an excess, payment must be made via BLUE VALET customer service before collection or upon return of the vehicle by contacting the number indicated in your confirmation email.

Réservation terminal 3 mais reçu message pour terminal 1. Après appel de ma part le voiturier est bien venu au terminal 3 . Idem pour le retour. Dommage

Bien que très satisfait jusqu'à présent: voituriers aimables, efficaces accueillants, j'ai hélas rencontrer un problème lors de mon dernier retour de voyage, je n'ai pas reçu le numéro de téléphone du voiturier par SMS, d'où de grosses difficultés et du retard pour vous contacter et récupérer mon véhicule, [heureusement le voiturier qui avait pris en charge mon véhicule à l'aller à répondu au téléphone bien que n'étant pas de service (merci à lui pour son professionnalisme) ] Vous devriez prévoir un numéro "unique" ouvert 24h/24h qui permette d'accéder aux voituriers par exemple avec l'immatriculation du véhicule...
