Las indicaciones para acceder son insuficientes. A primera hora de la mañana no había nadie en recepción que pudiera indicarme dónde estaba el parquing, perdía el tren y tuve que dejarlo en otro parquing cercano, y a pagar dos veces.

Paid 19.40 euros and could not access parking. Ended up parking somewhere else which cost more than double the price. There is no way of communicating this issue or of getting money back.

Una verguenza. Reserva la plaza de parking a través de onepark. Las indicationes enviadas no son precisas. Hay un parking SABA al lado y la fotogragía que nos enviaron y el enlace nos dirigían hacia allí. Por lo que la confusión se hizo evidente. Ahora no nos quieren abonar el importe de un servicio no utilizado. El error nos suposo 81 euros de pago
