I expected to receive an access card for the parking, while checking in at the Ibis Styles Hotel. But I only received an entrance code, which gave me only access through the car entrance. I couldn’t use the pedestrian entrance. I paid extra to be able to get in and out of the parking as orden as I wanted. But if everyone receives the same code, what did I pay extra for?

L'accès n'est pas très clair : la boîte à code est sur la gauche alors que la voiture doit être à droite ; on ne voit pas en haut si le portail est ouvert en bas ! Nous avons vu trois voitures au moins à avoir les mêmes problèmes que nous. De plus à l'intérieur, l'accès à l'hôtel n'est apparemment plus possible. C'est dommage.

Quand je suis entré suite au code que j'ai tapé, j'ai été suivi par une personne (était-elle locataire du parking?) manque de sécurité sur ce point...
