The Grande Rue - Ville Renouvelée Mobilité car park is located in the heart of Roubaix city centre and a 15-minute walk from Roubaix Train Station .
The parking lot is covered and accessible 7 days a week from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Cancellation
- The booking can be cancelled until 1 hour before its beginning.
Access
Entry and exit from the car park
Arrival at the parking lot
When you arrive at the car park, take a ticket at the entrance terminal. Then present your entrance ticket and your Onepark confirmation email (which you can present on your mobile or in paper form) at the reception to collect a prepaid exit ticket. They will then tell you where to park your vehicle.
Pedestrian access
To enter the car park, use your ticket on the readers located near the doors.
Exit from the parking lot
To exit the car park, insert your exit ticket into the exit terminal.
In the event of an excess, you will be required to pay it directly to the car park according to the price list displayed on site.

I booked parking on 9th.April , but closed. if it was closed , please prohibit booking system also. and please refund my 20 euro.

No me ha gustado nada en absoluto. Todo cerrado a cal y canto. Los guardas no hablan español...ni siquiera Ingles!!!. Les llamas por el videoportero...les dices que bajen a tecepcion y no te hacen ni caso. La aplicacion one park...ni la conocen. No te abren la puerta del parking ni dan la cara. Muchas mas cosas que podria explicar. La peor experiencia que he vivido en un parking en mi vida. Ni se os ocurra reservar este parking.
