Mode of transport
The car park offers a free, tailor-made shuttle service. The shuttle has 7 seats and operates 24/7.
On the way there, a shuttle is scheduled to drop you off in 9 minutes in front of the airport terminal on level 0 at sign E.
On your return, simply call the phone number provided in your Onepark confirmation email. The call should be made after you have collected your luggage. The shuttle will pick you up at the airport on level 0 at sign E.
Entry and exit from the car park
Arrival at the parking lot
When you arrive at the car park, present the Onepark confirmation email (which you can present on your mobile or in paper form) at reception.
You will then be picked up and transferred by shuttle to the airport.
Return to the car park lot
After collecting your luggage and going through customs, call the number indicated in your Onepark confirmation email to arrange for a shuttle to come and pick you up .
Once at the car park, you just need to go to reception with your Onepark confirmation email to collect your vehicle.
In the event of an excess, you will be required to pay it directly to the car park according to the price list displayed on site.

Plus jamais! Le parking a accepté notre réservation, même s’il était complet, et nous a réservé une place dans un autre parking, plus cher, à notre nom, sans nous prévenir et sans régler la note. Cela fait 10 jours et j’attends toujours un remboursement, soit du parking, soit de onepark.

Ils ont annulé par simple sms ma réservation, une heure avant mon départ, en prétextant un overbooking. Vraiment ennuyeux quand on est sur le point de prendre l'avion et qu'on a réservé depuis longtemps. Ils m'ont finalement redirigée vers Quick Parking en proposant de payer la différence ( car il est plus cher) mais j'ai dû insister. J'espère que ce paiement, ainsi que le remboursement du reste, viendront...

2ème fois que je viens dans ce parking pour y déposer ma voiture le temps de week-end de 3/4 jours. Toujours aussi satisfait grâce au personnel sympa et arrangeant. Je reviendrais !!
