Arrival at the parking lot
To access the car park , scan the QR code contained in your confirmation email (mobile or paper version) at the terminal. If you are using your phone, please tilt it 45 degrees to the scan to allow reading. The terminal will issue you with a prepaid exit ticket. Keep this ticket, you will use it to exit the car park.
If the QR code malfunctions, please ring the intercom and an agent will tell you what to do.
Pedestrian access
To access the parking lot use the ticket on the readers located near the doors.
It is strictly forbidden to use vehicle access.
Exit from the parking lot
To exit the car park, insert the exit ticket into the exit terminal.

When I arrived and showed my telefon with the barcode a nice german voice told me that my car is registered and I took the card out of thr automat. When I want to leave, the automat told me to pay to pay 53 EUR and thew barrier was not open. The call to the service was frustrating, because it was impossible to explane my situation. So at the end I had to pay 523 EUR (Ticket 01 0172089149320, 07.12.24 17:44 till 09.12.24 10:06) When we where on the way to appartment in Clermont my wife who is french was phoning to the claim department. the man at the phone was even noit listening what kind of probelm we had. he always, and that several times, he wnted to explane us what we have to do to leave the garage. including we shall search for the man in the garage and to come alongside in his office in Paris. The whole cituation and the handling was more the frustating and even expensive. I expect at least a REFUND of the 53 %§ which I have paid in the garage. for your information: the price in the garrage was 14,45 EUR less than your reservation. we never will use your service again.

Bien dans l'ensemble sauf que le code-barre impimé ne fonctionne pas et que j'ai dû appeler le gardien qui m'a fort aimablement accueilli et guidé.
