ECTOR Valet Service Car Park (Covered)

The ECTOR Valet Service offers you direct access to the Paris-Gare-de-Lyon train station.

The parking is covered , secure and accessible 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to midnight.

The day of your departure

1. Contact your valet 15 minutes before your arrival at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email and show up at the agreed meeting point, the station drop-off point.
2. Your valet will be waiting for you at the indicated location.
3. A check of the vehicle and its documents is carried out, as well as a check of your return information (train number) then entrust your keys to your valet.
4. Your valet drives your vehicle to the private and secure car park lot.

The day of your return

1. After collecting your luggage, please contact your valet at the number provided in your confirmation email.
2. Your valet monitors the status of your train in real time to guarantee its presence, without making you wait.
3. Your valet will be waiting for you with your vehicle at the agreed drop-off point.

• If you change your arrival or return dates and times, please contact ECTOR customer service on +33 9 73 72 88 55 to check the availability of a new valet.
• To be put in direct contact with your valet, be sure to call from the telephone number provided when booking in your customer area.
• When making your booking, we advise you to indicate, after the vehicle model, its color. The valet will recognize your vehicle more easily.
• In the event of an excess, you will be required to pay it directly to the valet, according to the hourly rate in force.
