    Arrival at the parking lot

    When you arrive at the car park, go to reception with your Onepark confirmation email (which you can present on your mobile or in paper form) where you will be given a ticket. The reception staff will take an inventory of the vehicle before collecting your keys and parking the vehicle in its space.

    Please note, it is important to keep your ticket.

    Exit from the parking lot

    Back at the car park, the reception staff will give you the keys to your vehicle.

    In the event of an excess, you will be required to pay it directly to the car park according to the price list displayed on site.

      Le service de stationnement est correct. La voiture est sûre et proche du centre-ville. Cependant, il est nécessaire de faire une réservation. Un certain nombre d'hôtels coopèrent avec le parking, ce qui vous permet de bénéficier d'une réduction. MAIS... vous ne bénéficiez de cette réduction que si vous réservez par téléphone. Ce qui n'est mentionné nulle part. Pas par l'intermédiaire de l'hôtel, mais aussi du parking. Soyez donc prudent.

      Je n'étais pas fan de laisser mes clés mais au final, service impeccable. Le prix est un peu cher mais la sécurité a un prix.

      Parking très facile à trouver et accueil très sympathique. Nous avons apprécié que la personne s'occupe de garer le véhicule car il s'agissait d'une très grande voiture de 7 places. Aucun souci pour la hauteur. Je recommande vraiment et utiliserai à nouveau ce parking pour mes prochains séjours à Lyon.
