Parking July 2024

Excellent accueil. Merci
The code to access the garage must be provided by the Receptionist (absurd). I spent 20 minutes to get the code while my car was at the entrance because the Receptionist was helping two customers wit multiple minor requests: one yogurt, then another one, then I do not want the first yogurt, but I want a coffee, then I am hungry and I want an energy bar… Them they wanted a taxi pick up next morning and started a speech of times, traffic over the weekend, traffic at different times of the day, then the decision of final pickup time and some jokes about 6:20am, no 6:30, better 6:25 just in case and final time proposed by Receptionist 6:27. Then, finally, and although I asked for my code a couple of times during this interaction, the Receptionist asked me to wait, so know I could get the codes. First, he didn’t understand that although I was not staying at the hotel, I had booked a parking spot. I told him that it was done through OnePark and he asked What’s OnePark. I saw him the email and a couple of minutes later, he asked for my name and he remembered that he had a paper with my name and found it I got my code. My wife, daughter and friends were already having dinner and I arrived super late. The parking spaces are super narrow but I found one in a corner with some extra space and I didn’t have any problem but if the parking lot would have been full, I would have had problems to park my car. The exit process was also difficult since door doesn’t open automatically so I needed to leave the parking and use the same code in the outside keyboard to open it and leave. Very bad experience. Finally, I found that the parking lot in the hotel I stayed was 18 euros/day against the 33,5 from OnePark. Unfortunately, I was not aware that they offered parking and when searching for it, I did not find it, and I realized about it, unfortunately, one hour after the free cancellation expired.
