The parking is outdoor, monitored and accessible 24/7.

Arrival at the parking lot

Upon arrival at the car park, present your confirmation email at reception. The car park staff will take care of parking your vehicle.

Night operation (from 20:00 to 08:00 ):

To enter the car park, dial 06 62 00 20 56 from the mobile phone number provided in your Onepark customer area (free call).

Head to reception to drop off your vehicle, place your keys in the safe provided for this purpose under the “Key Drop-off” sign.

If the gate has closed, to exit the car park dial 06 62 00 20 56 from the mobile phone number provided in your Onepark customer area (free call).

The parking team will take care of retrieving your vehicle keys and parking your vehicle in the part accessible only to staff in order to optimize its security.

Exit from the parking lot

Please proceed to the car park to collect your vehicle, where on-site staff will greet you.

Go to the key locker and dial the last 4 numbers of your mobile phone registered in your Onepark customer area followed by the # key. A locker will open automatically in which will be your keys.
