Le ticket de sortie suite à ma pré-réservation n'était pas disponible à l'entrée. Passage à l'accueil à 2 reprises (entrée et sortie), perte de temps, inefficacité

Le parking était affiché complet, je pensais qu’en ayant réservé, des places seraient disponibles pour les clients ONEPARK. Mais aucune ! J’ai donc dû me garer sur une place mobilité réduite après accord avec le responsable du parking. Sinon l’emplacement est idéal, au cœur de la gare.
