Information

The Official SNCF Station car park in Saint-Etienne Châteaucreux - EFFIA is ideally located at the foot of the Saint-Etienne Châteaucreux train station . You can access Tramway lines 2 and 3.

The car park is monitored by video surveillance and offers outdoor parking on level 5 and covered spaces.

Make sure you enter the public entrance (left) and not the entrance reserved for rental companies (right).

Access

Entry and exit from the car park

Arrival at the parking lot

When you arrive at the car park, enter your 6-digit access code on the Résaplace keypad . Then press the "ticket" button and a prepaid exit ticket will be issued by the terminal.

The access code is valid 45 minutes before and 45 minutes after the booking start time, after this time, use the intercom.

Please note, it is important to keep your ticket as you will need it to exit the car park.

If reception staff are not present, please use the intercom.

Pedestrian access

To enter the car park, enter the access code indicated on the prepaid ticket on the code keypad. The pedestrian exit and entrance are on the station forecourt side.

Exit from the parking lot

To exit the car park, insert the ticket into the terminal.

If reception staff are not present, please use the intercom.

Good to know

  • If you exceed the limit, you will have to pay it at the exit terminal or at the automatic checkouts.   according to the current hourly rate.

    Le numéro de réservation pour l’accès au parking n’a pas fonctionné ni à l’entrée ni à la sortie. J’ai du appeler le service. Le tarif payé est plus cher que si j’avais pris mon ticket directement à l’entrée. Bref, un service nul avec aucun avantage et à un prix plus cher. En résumé, une arnaque !!!

    Réservation par internet n’a pas fonctionné, je me retrouve à payer le parking en double pour pouvoir ressortir du parking. Un QR code par mail pour être scanné à l’entrée du parking serait plus pratique que le système de code à taper qui ne semble pas 100ïficace. C’est d ailleurs comme cela que fonctionne les parkings concurrents.
