Entry and exit from the car park
Enter the code in your confirmation email. The terminal will issue you a prepaid exit ticket.
To access the parking lot on foot, you will use the pedestrian access.

- If the parking lot is displayed as "full", your booking will still allow you to access it;
- The access code is valid for 45 minutes before or after the start of the reservation. After this time, we invite you to ring the intercom;
- In the event of an overrun, you will be required to pay it directly at the car park, according to the current hourly rate.

En principe lors de la confirmation de réservation un code est envoyé mais dans notre cas ce ne fut pas le cas ; il fallut fournir des explcations à la personne sur place qui ne connaissait pas ce dysfonctionnement

Très déçu. J'ai réservé une place le week-end dernier à Narbonne, prépayée, et j'ai du régler la Somme de 46,50€ pour pouvoir sortir du parking! Pas de lecture de plaque d'immatriculation, pas de code d'accès transmis par mail... pas d'autre solution que de payer 2 fois.

La barrière de sortie n a pas fonctionné et l appel a la got line a été laborieux
Le rapport qualité prix ne me convient pas : c'est un peu cher pour un parking extérieur.
