Access
Entry and exit from the car park
When you arrive at the car park, enter your access code on the terminal's digicode to issue your prepaid ticket and validate with the "V" key on the keypad. Take the ticket issued and park in a free space of your choice.
When you leave, insert your prepaid ticket into the exit terminal.
Good to know
- If you have difficulty accessing the door, ring the intercom and give your registration plate and Onepark booking number to the agent;
- If you exceed the limit, you will have to pay directly at the terminal according to the current hourly rate.

Chaque fois que je réserve, l'entrée, ok, mais la sortie, c'est galère Je dois demander de l'aide, je tombe parfois sur une employée qui refuse de m'ouvrir la barrière et qui raccroche

C’est ridicule d’imposer 3 heures d’avance pour pouvoir reserver un parking. Deplus aucune flexibilite est offerte pour ceux qui arrivent en avance. Ces dispositions n’ont aucun sens pour un parking desservant une gare avec TGV

Nous avons perdus 20 min pour tenter de sortir du parking! Notre paiement . Avait pas été pris en compte? Et pas vraiment visible l endroit pour appeler l interphone...Pourquoi pas un bouton comme à l ancienne?😒
