The official parking lot  EFFIA offers you direct access to Bercy train station and is located near the Parc de Bercy with all its facilities such as the ice rink, the Cinémathèque française as well as the Palais Omnisport also known as the Accor Bercy Arena (POPB) .
The parking lot is secure and accessible 24/7 .
The parking reception staff is present at the following hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 10pm and Saturday to Sunday from 8am to 5pm. Reception hours are extended during concerts.
Cancellation
- The booking can be cancelled until 3Â hours before its beginning.
Access
Entry and exit from the car park
When you arrive at the car park, enter your 6-digit access code on the keypad then validate (press "V" on the keypad), a prepaid exit ticket will be printed for you by the terminal.
Please note, it is important to keep your ticket , as you will need it to exit the car park when you return.
The access code is valid 1 hour before and 1 hour after the beginning of your booking, after this time, use the intercom.
Exit from the parking lot
To exit the car park, insert the ticket into the terminal.
Good to know
- If you exceed the limit, you will have to pay by bank card at the exit terminal or at the automatic checkouts. Â according to the prices displayed on site.

Très bien au niveau accessibilité propreté juste un petit problème à l arrivée le parking était complet nous ne pouvions donc pas rentrer un agent est venu débloquer la borne afin de libérer des places (handicapées) qui était vacantes

À proximité de l'accord arrena donc parfait pour les concerts , facile d'accès mais gros problème de place , j'ai eu du mal à avoir une place alors que j'avais payé et réservé

Première fois pour moi, j'étais un peu "stressé mais au final SUPER ! Facile d'accès - code d'entrée ok - un membre du personnel nous attend et nous guide vers la place - parking sécurisé - rien à redire
