Bonjour, finalement ,nous étions au parking couvert. Malgré mon erreur en arrivant, (j'ai appuyé sur le bouton d'ouverture de la barrière) alors que je devais faire le code reçu avec ma réservation la personne de permanence a l'accueil ,(un jeune homme) ce samedi là nous a pris en charge immédiatement et a réglé notre problème. Merci a lui

Le code d'entrée n'a pas fonctionné, malgré plusieurs tentatives. J'ai appelé, j'ai dû prendre un ticket d'entrée normal, et un agent est venu me voir une fois garé pour me donner un ticket de sortie
