The BLUE VALET Valet Service offers you direct access to Basel-Mulhouse Airport.
The parking lot is secure and accessible 7 days a week from 4:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

- The booking can be cancelled until 24 hours before its beginning.
Access
Entry and exit from the car park
The day of your departure
15 minutes before your arrival at the airport, call your valet at the phone number you will receive, via SMS, two hours before your booking start time.
Your BLUE VALET valet in navy blue uniform will be waiting for you at the express parking lot ( P Express on the French side ).
An inventory of your vehicle will be carried out before driving it to the car park lot.
The day of your return
BLUE VALET tracks your flight's progress in real time to ensure your valet is available if your flight is early or late.
Your BLUE VALET valet will return your vehicle to the location where you dropped it off.
Good to know:

- If you change your arrival or return dates and times, you will need to contact the valet number provided in your booking confirmation to check availability;
- Please leave your keys with the valet without a key ring or other accessory and place your insurance and registration document in the glove compartment;
- Before confirming your booking, it is important to check the telephone number provided in your customer area to which you will be sent the valet parking number;
- When making your booking, we recommend that you indicate the color of your vehicle after the model. This will make it easier for the valet to recognize your vehicle;
- PLEASE NOTE: roof boxes are not accepted;
- In the event of an excess, payment must be made via BLUE VALET customer service before collection or upon return of the vehicle by contacting the number indicated in your confirmation email.
