- The booking can be cancelled until 24 hours before its beginning.

From the car park, a free shuttle will take you to the airport in 9 minutes .
On your return and after collecting your luggage, you can call the shuttle at the phone number provided in your confirmation email, it will pick you up at your arrival terminal.
The shuttle service operates 7 days a week between 3:30 a.m. and midnight, every 15 minutes.
Entry and exit from the car park
Go to the car park reception with your confirmation email (mobile or paper version).
Good to know
- Once in the car park you will need to leave the keys to your vehicle with the staff present on site. They will be returned to you upon your return.
- In the event of a delay compared to the arrival time indicated when booking, as well as for any changes occurring once your vehicle has been parked, we invite you to notify the car park by calling the shuttle;
- In the event of an overrun, you will be required to pay it directly at the car park, according to the hourly rate in force.

Un peu surpris de l'endroit où laisser sa voiture,dehors garé "a l'arrache", le personnel était très sympa par contre

Très bon service nous avons déposé les voitures et la navette nous a conduite à l'hotel... pour le retour à ORLY...10 mn après la recupération des valises nous les avons contacté pour la prise en charge et 15 mn après la navette nous attendait pour nous reconduire au parking pour récuperer les voitures.je recommande.

Pas de problème sur la voiture mais organisation à revoir.. à l’arrivée on a bien du mal à trouver à qui s’adresser. Au final on nous dit de se garer « à l’arrache » et qu’ils emmèneront la voiture à un autre parking à quelques km… Pour le retour bien galère ! Personne ne nous avait donné le numéro à appeler à l’atterrissage donc très complexe pour joindre qluequn.. chauffeur a l’allée sympathique. Chauffeuse au retour limite aimable.. Je recommande juste pour le prix et la proximité avec l’aéroport.
