The ROYAL PARKING Valet Service offers you direct access to the Aix-en-Provence TGV station .

The parking lot is secure and accessible 7 days a week from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

The day of your departure

20 minutes before your arrival at the station, call your valet at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email.

Your valet will be waiting for you at the drop-off point. He will carry out an inventory of your vehicle before driving it to the car park lot.

The day of your return

20 minutes before your arrival at the station, call your valet at the telephone number indicated in your confirmation email.

Your valet will return your vehicle to you in Hall A. Please cross the bridge and proceed to the departures level.

If your train is delayed, please send an SMS to the phone number provided in your confirmation email.

Good to know

• If you change your arrival or return dates and times , you will need to contact the valet number provided in your booking confirmation to check availability;
• When making your booking, we advise you to indicate, after the vehicle model, its color. The valet will recognize your vehicle more easily.

Supplements - to be paid directly on site

• For any reservation made less than 2 hours before the start of the service, a supplement of 15 euros will be requested by the valet;
• For all vehicles over 4 meters, a supplement of 5 euros per day will be requested;
• For any vehicle drop-off or return between 11:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m., a supplement of 20 euros will be requested;
• In the event of an excess, you will be required to pay it directly to the valet, according to the hourly rate in force;
• The car park offers a vehicle washing service, prices to be consulted directly with your valet;
• You can recharge your vehicle for 18 euros.
