- In case of problems at the entrance to the car park lot, if the barrier does not open automatically, use the intercom at the entrance barrier and inform the agent that you have made a purchase with Onepark along with your license plate;
- In case of problems at the exit of the parking lot, if the barrier does not open, use the intercom at the exit barrier and inform the officer of your license plate;
- There is no courtesy period for this parking lot: any parking outside of the reserved hours will be subject to an additional charge, which must be paid at the parking lot itself.

Las plazas son excesivamentes estrechas. El ayuntamiento deberia anular plazas. En ocasiones no puedes ni abrir las puertas.

Iluminado, limpio y, a pesar de que los sitios eran un poco estrechos, cómodo de aparcar.

Cuando hice la reserva, solo la queria hacer por 3 horas pero no vi la opcion y a la hora de pagar el ticket me cobraron por haber estacionado el coche 24h, no vi la opcion de reservar por 3h, supuse, que despues de utilizar el aparcamiento, a la hora de pagar, solo pagaria por el tiempo utiliazado. Esta muy mal explicado en la web. La proxima vez buscaré otro parking.

Todo perfecto, la ubicación y la atención del personal. Si es cierto que las plazas para el tamaño de los coches de hoy día, son muy estrechas.
