    When entering and exiting the parking lot, you don't need a ticket : your license plate will be scanned and recognized automatically, allowing the barrier to open.

    To access the parking lot on foot, you must enter your license plate number.

    • Once a reservation is confirmed, the license plate cannot be changed . Therefore, we encourage you to check the license plate entered in your account to benefit from automatic parking access.
    • In case of problems at the entrance to the car park lot, if the barrier does not open automatically, use the intercom at the entrance barrier and inform the agent that you have made a purchase with Onepark along with its booking number;
    • In case of problems at the exit of the parking lot, if the barrier does not open, use the intercom at the exit barrier and inform the officer of your license plate;
    • There is no courtesy period for this parking lot: any parking outside of the reserved hours will be subject to an additional charge, which must be paid at the parking lot itself.

      Parking lumineux. Place un peu etroite pour des grand véhicule mais on arrive a se garer. Personnel sympa et parlant bien le français. Je recommande

      Tout était super, propre, bien placé, juste au début une incomprehension pour valider le ticket (pour info pour les autres utilisateurs il faut son.er à l'interphone des tickets pour faire valider le ticket et non à l'interphone de l'accueil) sinon tout est OK. Je recommande.

      Excellent Réservation d’un pass pour 2 jours en ligne avant notre arrivée à Barcelone Facile à trouver et pour s’y garer ( avec un break de 7 places) Pas de personnel à l’intérieur mais système d’interphone avec un central qui fonctionne très bien et un personnel qui a su nous comprendre malgré notre espagnol et anglais très moyen Vraiment rien a redire tout était simple, facile et sans doute l’un des moins cher du secteur
