- In case of problems at the entrance to the car park lot, if the barrier does not open automatically, use the intercom at the entrance barrier and inform the agent that you have made a purchase with Onepark along with your license plate;
- In case of problems at the exit of the parking lot, if the barrier does not open, use the intercom at the exit barrier and inform the officer of your license plate;
- There is no courtesy period for this parking lot: any parking outside of the reserved hours will be subject to an additional charge, which must be paid at the parking lot itself.

Il y a un poste de garde avec une multitude d'écrans de contrôle de surveillance, on se croit donc en sécurité. Nous avons réservé pour 15 jours 24h/24, tout s'est bien passé les 14 premiers jours, la veille de partir nous avons chargé rapidement les valises devant l'hôtel situé à environs 900m du parking et nous avons ensuite garée la voiture dans ce parking au niveau -1 pas loin du poste de garde et nous avons manipulé les valises (déchargées et rechargées pour mieux les caser dans le coffre. A ca moment là il n'y avait personne dans le parking, et donc personne ne nous a vu, sauf les caméras de surveillance !! Le lendemain matin on vient récupérer notre voiture pour partir et la personne de garde à cette heure là nous montre sur son téléphone la photo de notre voiture avec la vitre arrière cassée. Quelqu'un à cassé la vitre pour fouiller la voiture....coïncidence? ou pas!. On nous a dit que ces interdit de visualiser les vidéos de surveillance, il faut aller porter plainte et attendre que la police ou l'entreprise de gestion se déplace . Donc étant sur le départ et comme l'alarme de la voiture à limiter la fouille, nous sommes repartis pour 900 kms avec un sac poubelle scotché à la place de la vitre.

Just for these days the access is not so easy because of a building site nearby, but 4 stars are deserved as well
