• Once a reservation is confirmed, the license plate cannot be changed . Therefore, we encourage you to check the license plate entered in your account to benefit from automatic parking access.
• In case of problems at the entrance to the car park lot, if the barrier does not open automatically, use the intercom at the entrance barrier and inform the agent that you have made a purchase with Onepark along with your license plate;
• In case of problems at the exit of the parking lot, if the barrier does not open, use the intercom at the exit barrier and inform the officer of your license plate;
• There is no courtesy period for this parking lot: any parking outside of the reserved hours will be subject to an additional charge, which must be paid at the parking lot itself.
