PARKING SERVICES GARE TGV D'AIX Valet Service Car Park (External)

The PARKING SERVICES Valet Service offers you direct access to the Aix-en-Provence TGV station.

The car park is secure and accessible every day from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The day of your departure

30 minutes before your arrival at the station, call your valet at the telephone number provided in your confirmation email.

Your valet will be waiting for you at the drop-off point .   He will carry out an inventory of your vehicle before taking it to the car park.

The day of your return

After collecting your luggage, call your valet at the phone number provided in your confirmation email.

Your valet will return your vehicle to the location where you left it.

Good to know

• If your arrival or return dates and times change , you will need to contact the valet number provided in your booking confirmation to check availability;

• The vehicle pick-up time corresponds to the beginning of your booking;

• Before validating your booking, it is important to check the telephone number provided in your customer area where the valet number will be sent to you;
• When making your booking, we advise you to indicate, following the vehicle model, its color. The valet will recognize your vehicle more easily;
• In the event of an excess, you will have to pay it directly to the valet, according to the hourly rate in force.
• The car park can accommodate vehicles up to a height of 2.20 meters and a length of 3.70 meters, particularly suitable for L3H2 type vans.
