Entry and exit from the car park
When entering and exiting the parking lot, there's no need to take a ticket : your license plate will be scanned and automatically recognized, allowing the barrier to open.
To access the parking lot on foot, you must enter the code provided in your confirmation email.
Good to know
- If you have a Via T device in your vehicle, deactivate it before entering the parking lot to avoid double payment;
- Once a reservation is confirmed, the license plate cannot be changed . Therefore, we encourage you to check the license plate entered in your account to benefit from automatic parking access.
- In case of problems at the entrance to the car park lot , if the barrier does not open automatically, take a ticket;
- In case of problems at the exit of the parking lot , if the barrier does not open or if you have taken a ticket at the entrance, use the intercom at the exit barrier and communicate your license plate to the agent;
- There is no courtesy period for this parking lot : any parking outside of the reserved hours will be subject to an additional charge via the payment method used.

La ubicación
Al acceder y acudir al control como se me indicaba que hiciera con la reserva y el ticket de entrada, la persona que me atendió no comprendía que no me hubiera abierto la barrera al llegar. y que lo que tenía era un ticket normal que me tarifaria por el tiempo que estuviera. Al mostrar mi disconformidad, pues la reserva estaba hecha y ya pagada, con el ticquet de entrada y mi reserva entro en la oficina y al salir me dijo que habia un error pues la reserva era para el coche GMP 5717 y el que habia entrado era el 5717 GMp, por lo tanto tendrian que cobrarme por el tiempo que estuviera el parking, y que desde que el se fuera hasta el lunes no habia personal que me atendiera. Insisti que tenia la reserva hecha y pagada y le mostre el justificante, contestandome que eso era una reserva y no habia justificante de pago. Tras una nueva LECTURA comprobamos que en el documento especificaba que ya se habia hecho el pago, facilitandome un nuevo ticket con el que no aboné nada.- AL TERMINAR LA ENCUESTA VEO QUE HAY RESPUESTAS OBLIGATORIAS.- REALMENTE ES UNA INCONGUENCIA QUE HACIENDO ALGO VOLUNTARIAMENTE HAYA RESPUESTAS OBLIGATORIAS.- NO LO VOY A HACER, PERO DAN GANAS DE PONER UNA UNICA ESTRELLA EN TODAS LAS RESPUESTAS.- AFORTUNADAMENTE NO TENGO QUE VOLVER PARA NADA A CIUDAD REAL.- OTRA MAS Y CUANDO SEÑALO COMPARTIR MI OPINION EN FACEBOOK ME DICE QUE NO ESTA ACTIVA.....SOSPECHOSO
