      Solo puedo hablar bien. El trato amable de la persona que me atendió cuando llegué és de admirar. Lo único que deberian mejorar es la comunicación y avisar a las personas , como yo, con reserva de parking, que una de las entradas al parking estaria cerrada, por ser domingo. Dicha entrada era la que deseaba entrar y como no conocia Bilbao, me quedé perdido. Por suerte, encontre un joven repartidor de pizzas, y me ayudó, siguiendolé, el con su bicicleta, por que calles se pasaba para llegar a la otra entrada.
