On the way there

30 minutes before your arrival at the station, call the driver at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email.

The driver wearing a blue polo shirt will be waiting for you in front of Burger King and will check the vehicle before taking it to the car park lot.

On the way back

30 minutes before your arrival at the station, call the driver at the phone number indicated in your confirmation email.

The driver will deliver the vehicle to you at the pick-up location.

Good to know

• In case of modification of your departure or arrival date or time , please contact the driver's number indicated in your booking confirmation to check his/her availability;
• Any advance in the pick-up or delivery time of more than 29 minutes will have a supplement of €5 from Monday to Friday and €10 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays;
• In order for the driver to be able to easily recognize your vehicle, when making your booking, we recommend that you specify, in addition to the vehicle model, its color;
• If you exceed the parking time, we invite you to pay it directly to the driver, according to the current hourly rate.
